What HR Departments Should be Considering About The Future of the Office
According to a recent poll of more than 1,200 respondents, it appears that the concept of the “the office” might forever be changed.
When asked how often individuals would like to work from home, 73% of respondents said that they’d like to work from home at least 2 days per week. To put this in context, if this were the case in the future, the average office occupancy could drop by 30%-50%.
And so it begins, that in the future, employers have a major opportunity to reimagine their investment in the workplace.
